We understand that our patient's time is important and will make every effort to seat our patients on time and proceed with their treatment in a timely and efficient manner. We ask that our patients arrive on time for their appointments as well and ask that any schedule changes be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Giving us adequate notice of a schedule change will allow us to utilize that valuable appointment time for other patients who need necessary dental treatment.
We understand that situations can arise that make it impossible to give 24 hours notice, and each incident will be given consideration based upon that patient's appointment history. Missed or broken appointments without notice may incur a broken appointment fee.

Insurance and Billing
We feel strongly that high quality dental care should be available to everyone. Dental insurance is a nice benefit to help pay for dental care; however, dental insurance will rarely pay for 100% of your dental treatment. Over the years Dental treatments and materials have improved and have increased in costs; however, dental insurance benefits have not kept pace with these advances.
We will carefully determine each patient's ideal dental needs then work with our patients to help them retain the maximum amount that their insurance benefits allow. We will always help to determine our patients' insurance benefits before major treatment begins. All dental treatment plans and costs will be discussed before treatment begins so our patients are comfortable with the financial aspect of their dental care.
As a courtesy to our patients we will file your insurance claims and send the necessary radiographs and written notations. In most cases we will be able to accept assignment of benefits so patients will only be responsible for any deductibles, copayments, or remaining balances payable at the time of service. Any costs of dental care not covered by dental benefits will be the full responsibility of the patient.
We are a Participating Provider with Delta Dental, and will be happy to file insurance claims with all other companies. We do not participate in Health Management Organizations or Dental Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to file those insurance claims for you.
We accept checks, cash or credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. Payments are due at the time of service unless previous arrangements have been made with our business assistants.
We are happy to offer a flexible and affordable credit plan with First Citizens Bank which offers patients the opportunity to adjust their repayment options as needed. Please ask or business assistants for details about this financing option.
